'Entering the Sanctuary of Self + Pure States of Healing Consciousness: An Embodied Sound Medicine Bath with Sally Minh'Classical Tibetan-Himalayan sound healing with pranayama-breathwork and guided meditation facilitates profound alleviation of a variety of physical conditions, while also dissolving stress, anxiety, and a number of other mental and emotional health concerns. The different tones and sounds of my singing bowls entrain the brain into alpha, theta and delta waves, enabling transcendental and even psychedelic healing states without the need for plant medicine (also known as biodelia).
About Sally Minh: I began my own sound healing journey a number of years ago, culminating in initial Tibetan singing bowl training in Bali. I am beyond grateful to have completed my professional studies in Tibetan-Himalayan Singing Bowls, Sound Healing and Meditation with master teachers at Nepal Yoga Home in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Her professional studies include Classical Tibetan-Himalayan Singing Bowls, Sound Healing & Meditation, and West African drumming, singing & dance, with events in the U.S. and internationally. Sally Minh’s sound healing and musicianship spans over 15 years, including concert piano and professional sound healing and West African drumming, singing and dance events.
