About For Heaven's Sake
Your Metaphysical Store, Spiritual Healing Center & Community Gathering Place in Lakewood, Colorado
Welcome to For Heaven's Sake — Where Spiritual Discovery Comes to Life
For more than 25 years, For Heaven's Sake has been a beloved destination for spiritual seekers, curious minds, and kindred spirits throughout the Denver metro area.
Founded in 2000 as an independent, minority woman-owned metaphysical bookstore, For Heaven's Sake has grown into a vibrant community dedicated to spiritual exploration, personal transformation, and holistic well-being.
After many cherished years serving the Northwest Denver/Berkeley Park neighborhood, we've brought everything together at our beautiful Applewood Store & Healing Center in Lakewood, Colorado.
Today, our expanded space is home to a thoughtfully curated metaphysical store, gifted intuitive readers and healing practitioners, inspiring workshops, and a welcoming community of teachers and seekers.
Whether you're just beginning your spiritual journey or have been walking your path for many years, you'll find a place here to explore, connect, and grow.

Psychic Readings, Intuitive Guidance & Healing Services
For Heaven's Sake is more than a bookstore. It's also a place for insight, healing, and self-discovery.
Our experienced intuitive readers, spiritual practitioners, and bodyworkers offer a variety of services, including tarot readings, psychic and mediumship readings, Reiki, energy healing, and other holistic modalities.
Readers are available throughout the week, often with multiple practitioners offering appointments on the same day. Walk-ins are welcome when availability permits, and advance appointments are encouraged. Many of our readers also offer convenient phone sessions.
We also host twice-monthly Psychic Fairs, offering an opportunity to experience intuitive guidance in a welcoming and affordable setting.
Classes, Workshops & Spiritual Community
One of the greatest joys of For Heaven's Sake is bringing people together.
Our Applewood Healing Center offers an inviting gathering space for spiritual education, healing, and community connection.
Throughout the month, we host tarot and pendulum classes, dowsing workshops, psychic mediumship galleries, meditation, sound healing, shamanic practices, drumming circles, and many other enriching experiences.
Our gifted teachers and practitioners bring decades of combined experience and a shared passion for helping others discover their own wisdom, gifts, and spiritual potential.
Whether you join us for a workshop, a healing session, or simply to connect with like-minded people, we hope you leave feeling inspired, supported, and renewed.
Our Mission: Peace Within ~
At the heart of For Heaven's Sake is a simple but meaningful vision: to create a welcoming space for healing, inspiration, and transformation of mind, body, and spirit.
We believe spiritual growth is a deeply personal journey, and that everyone deserves a place where they can explore their beliefs, discover new possibilities, and feel accepted along the way.
Through our books, inspirational gifts, ceremonial supplies, intuitive services, classes, and community gatherings, we strive to offer opportunities for greater self-awareness, inner peace, and meaningful connection.
Above all, we believe in the power of community, kindness, and the beautiful possibilities that unfold when we come together.
