This workshop will be held at For Heaven’s Sake, Applewood (2680 Youngfield St, Lakewood). The date and time are Saturday 10/17 from 4:00 to 5:45.

 The cost is $25.

In this workshop, we will go on a Shamanic Journey. You will be transported to the spirit realm to meet your power animal or spirit guide. This is an ‘unguided meditation’; you will set an intention for and receive guidance, healing or whatever insight you need at this moment.

To empower our journey, we perform the ritual of the 6 directions to connect deeply with Spirit and one another; and we will drum as a group.

Shamanic drumming allows us to let go of our rational mind and surrender to our instinctual nature. This provides an experience of Oneness and creates a trance state that allows Great Spirit to speak to you directly or through your power animal or spirit guide.

I have 5 drums I can loan out. Please bring any extra drums you are willing to share. Also, bring a sacred object for the altar.
