In this workshop, you will experience a guided meditation that will transport you to the spirit realm to meet your loved one(s). You will have the opportunity to speak with your loved ones to hear their perspective on your Life. You can discuss anything that is on your mind or simply be with each other.

To empower our journey, we perform the ritual of the 6 directions to connect deeply with Spirit and one another. Connecting with Mother Earth and Father Sky will include a chakra cleansing. We will also drum as a group to raise our energy and have some fun!

Shamanic style drumming allows us to let go of our rational mind and surrender to our instinctual nature. This provides an experience of Oneness and creates a trance state that allows us to join our Loved ones in the Spirit Realm.

I have 4 drums I can loan out. Please bring any extra drums you are willing to share. Also, bring a memento of your loved one(s) for the altar.

Bio:

Gregory Merritt is pursuing his soul’s passion to express his light as a healer-teacher. He integrates his learning from many traditions – nature-based teachings such as Native American and pagan, Consciousness studies, Life Coaching, Landmark Education, drumming circles and 12 years as a Religious Science practitioner. As a Life Coach, he enjoys helping people get into action regarding their true heart’s desire. Gregory is a champion of the soul’s journey. He will help you develop a deeper connection with the Divine within and live life from that place.
