The Leo full moon energy likes to be ‘center-stage’, and can make us aware of what we have to be proud of – our achievements and `place in the world` – or – if we have issues and emotions we have been suppressing , the Leo `child` could present, and these emotions could suddenly surface and demand attention publicly.
This Aquarius sun is reminding us we are all part of the collective and wants to show us the need for holistic and `bigger picture` solutions. – That there is strength in unity. We must each find a way to shine for the greater good of all.
Combined Leo and Aquarius ask us to combine our talents and vision ( Heart and Mind) for the greater good. To do this will have to let go of the old patriarchal patterns of self aggrandizement of individual achievements ( EGO ) – and learn to celebrate our individual uniqueness in the context of how this advances the collective. Celebrating and valuing our differences, and seeing that there is an exponential benefit for `ALL ` available here.
I thought of a beautiful example of this; If a small piece of brightly colored glass is held up to the sunlight it shines and casts a beautiful beam of the same colored light across the room. — BUT — if you place that same piece of glass, alongside many others of different colors in a window—the display is magnificent and breath-taking. And everyone who views it is uplifted.
The challenges of this moon is where you may still have emotional baggage to deal with ? Conflicts could arise around you, from emotional `mirrors` being held up. Know that this is just the ego playing out, – be gentle with yourself and with others. But take note of what is truly being shown to you. You can transform emotional trauma into emotional awareness.
Jupiter finally goes direct on 30th of January after almost 4 months —which means ALL the planets are moving in the same direction until 18th February … WOW ,no retrogrades at all, this is a cosmic `Green Light` – So focus clearly on what your intentions are, in order to support , implement, and manifest your dreams for 2013.
