ENTERING THE SANCTUARY OF SELF WITH SALLY MINH
Join us for an auspicious in-person sound healing event at For Heaven's Sakes, Applewood/Lakewood. Experience a traditional performance based on ancient Far East Asian teachings of Tibetan-Himalayan singing bowls, sound healing and meditation led by classically trained sound healing master Sally Minh. Tibetan-Himalayan sound healing with pranayama-breathwork and guided meditation facilitates profound alleviation of a variety of physical conditions, while also dissolving stress, anxiety, and a number of other mental and emotional health concerns. Sally Minh utilizes traditional sound healing principles in the weaving and layering of specific sequences of notes and tones, dissolving underlying stress and bringing balance and harmony to the mind, body, and spirit.
Imbued with ancient melodies, the Tibetan-Himalayan singing bowls, along with other carefully curated instruments, beckon forth healing vibrations, guiding the listener towards tranquil introspection and deep self-awareness. While immersed in symphonic sound, the body's innate healing wisdom is unleashed, with the mind cocooned in pure healing consciousness.
Within this tapestry of harmonious symphony, a sense of calmness and inner peace ensues, fostering a connection to universal wisdom that transcends time and space. It is within this sacred space of sound that one can find a deep understanding of Self.
Each reverberation of these sacred instruments carries with it a profound message of renewal and restoration. Many Listeners report deep insights, wisdom and transformative states of bliss. Healing of various physical and emotional ailments have also been reported.

About Sally Minh
Sally Minh's spiritual journey began in Bodhgaya, India, at the ancient stupa (temple) enshrining the Bodhi Tree under which the Buddha attained enlightenment. There, she studied and helped facilitate Tibetan Buddhist meditations, teachings and retreats at the Root Institute for Wisdom Culture.
Sally Minh later studied with traditional Buddhist sound healing masters in Kathmandu & Bali. Her professional studies include the classical tradition of Tibetan-Himalayan Singing Bowls, Sound Healing & Meditation, and West African drumming, singing & dance, with events in the U.S. and internationally.
Sally Minh’s sound healing and musicianship spans over 15 years, including concert piano and professional sound healing and West African drumming, singing and dance.

Join us in a joyous celebration of life by engaging in the time-honored practice of drumming.
- Connect with others through the shared language of rhythm.
- Dwell in silence and hear Spirit's voice.
This workshop will be dedicated to drumming. We will employ hand drums and drum shamanic style (drum w/beater). Drumming allows us to let go of our rational mind and surrender to our instinctual nature; and connect with our indigenous roots.
Hand Drums enable us to Express and Connect Through Rhythm. Find Your Beat: No experience needed to join our drumming circle. Express and Release: Tap into drumming's emotional and creative outlet. Community Vibes: Connect with others through the shared language of rhythm.
Shamanic style drumming is a continuous, steady beat. This style uses a hand-held drum with a beater. This style of drumming provides for an experience to one’s intuition; aka hearing the voice of God, creator, source, spirit. Once the drumming is complete, we will sit in the stillness and receive intuitive messages from Spirit.
