Meditation, or the process of training the mind to focus and redirect thoughts, is increasing in popularity as more people understand its benefits. If you’re new to meditation, we’re guessing you’re looking for some of the benefits we’ve listed below.

Ky has over 30 years experience with meditation and has been teaching and guiding spiritual practices for the past 10 years.
We are fortunate to welcome Ky Gabriel to our Lakewood location to host a Meditation for Beginners class. It will be held Sunday, May 27th, 2018 and the class size is small, only 20 participants. Class will be from 5:30pm to 7:00pm and is only $35 per person, or two for $60. Come learn to meditate in a loving and accepting environment – all ages welcome! You will leave feeling relaxed, and empowered to meditate on your own.
