What is 5G and How to Protect Yourself

We’ve been hearing about 5G for some time now, and just as we are in lockdown mode because of Covid-19 and unable to get out, 5G is currently being installed in our area.
Xfinity has been erecting 5G towers for some time now, and as of Fall 2019 more than 120 poles were up and running in Denver. Here’s an article from CBS Denver about 5G that states there really is no legal way to stop these poles from going up in your neighborhood. So what can you do to protect yourself?
First 5G stands for 5th Generation mobile technology. It has been touted as allowing faster downloading for movies, a better live-streaming experience and connecting to cloud-based software or the Internet of Things – think fitness monitors, home security devices, programmable locks and connected appliances.
Health concerns revolve around 5G’s use of the high-frequency wavelength spectrum. Overseas in Belgium, The Netherlands and Switzerland governments are conducting studies to monitor the impact on people’s health from 5G. Meanwhile, the U.S. government is full-steam ahead, although several congressional members have called upon the FCC to look into the health risks. In a nutshell or bullet points here are some common symptoms of 5G exposure:
- Sleep difficulty
- Headaches
- Irritability
- Anxiety
- Memory Loss
- Depression
- Fatigue
- Lack of Concentration
- Poor Vision
So what can you do to protect yourself from electromagnetic frequencies? I’ve turned to Shungite and Orgonite as my main EMF protectors because crystals can absorb or disperse energy, and these stones have grounding qualities, think of grounding yourself, or even grounding the electricity.
Shungite – This stone, found in Russia, is composed mostly of carbon and includes, fullerenes, which are hollow pure carbon molecules. (Note: In 1996, the Noble Prize in Chemistry was awarded to three professors for their discovery of fullerenes.)
Shungite has the ability to absorb substances, and Russians have been using it to cleanse water, soil and air — think EMFs or electromagnetic frequencies – for years. Russia even has springs and spas near areas where Shungite is found.
This black stone comes in two forms:
Elite Shungite has 80 percent to 98 percent carbon content and contains higher amounts of fullerenes than Black Shungite. Elite, also known as Silver Shungite, is brittle so be careful if you put it in your water. It also is less abundant and accounts for only 1 percent of Shungite, so it’s more expensive.
Black Shungite contains 40 percent to 80 percent carbon. It is used to make jewelry, spheres, pyramids, etc.
Both grades will work to cleanse the air and water. (Mind you, I never knew it was used to cleanse the soil until I was researching this article, so I’ve never tried.) However, you will need more Black Shungite than Elite for your cleansing.
Orgonite – Orgonite is a composite of crystals and metals in a resin material, and can be made into many shapes and molds. It usually contains copper, which is a great cleansing material, along with being grounding.
Orgonite comes from the term orgone, which was coined by Dr. Wilhelm Reich, and means vital energy, also known as Chi, Prana or Life Force.
Energy that is out of balance is absorbed by the Orgonite and turned into a healthy balance of energy. It works continuously to clear you and your surroundings of negativity and harmful energy, such as EMFs, by cleansing and balancing stagnant and negative energy.
It works to destroy energy blockages, allowing for free flowing energy to create a more calm, joyful and harmonious energy field. Orgonite neutralizes positive ions, thus improving your mood and overall health. It also boosts your aura and protects against stress and negativity.
