Join us for the melding of For Heaven's Sake gifts into the practice of Energy Medicine Yoga where we create a space for energetic alchemy and dealing through stillness and movement. Think of this practice as another tool for the healing and uplifting of mind, body, and spirit. Everyone is invited to this all-levels class launching our new yoga offering! This month, our focus is on Energy Medicine Yoga basics: Classic vinyasa and yin yoga postures are woven and paired with Energy Medicine Yoga techniques to communicate with the body in it own language and innate wisdom. This practice will unify the traditional benefits of yoga including up-leveling physical health and strength with Energy Medicine Yoga's beneficial properties of harmonizing energies for wellness to leave us resting in a state of quietude, easy meditation, aromatherapy, and spirit.
For Heaven's Sake Yoga is held each Sunday at our Applewood location. You may attend on a per class basis at $22 per class or you may purchase the entire month for $66. Purchase today for the current Sunday, March 26th class.
